Amritsari Fish Fry

Ingredients: 500 gm fish fillets (Chunks or cubes) 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Carom seeds 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp C umin powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 200 gm Chickpea flour (besan) Salt as per taste Oil for frying Method: 1) Mix all the ingredients i.e spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and flour in a bowl and make a batter. 2) Cut fish fillets into cubes and dip into the prepared batter. 3) Heat the oil and deep fry the battered fish until it's crispy and golden brown. 4) Serve it as a snack or with a meal.
